Hi there, fashion lover! Every year, J.Crew puts some or all of their cashmere on sale. Just use code CASHMERE for 20% off. Today, I’m sharing a few different ways to style those cashmere pieces, including bump friendly looks. Click here to see everything that’s included in the sale.
Cashmere Sale Favorites & Bump Friendly Cashmere Looks
Crewneck Sweater and Pleated Skirt
Pairing a crewneck sweater with a pleated skirt is an outfit you will be warm and comfortable in, and you can wear it anywhere. This entire look is fully stocked, and I’ve linked similar boots. I own the boots I linked (I own them in black) and love them. They’re waterproof suede!

V-neck Sweater and Pleated Skirt
This v-neck sweater below is also included in the sale, and I just so happened to have also styled it with a pleated skirt since it was during pregnancy. My paperclip necklace is also on sale. It’s one of my favorites, and I’ve been using it as an every day necklace!
For sizing references, I’m wearing a size small in both the crewneck and v-neck sweaters. I find that these run true to size. I do have one of the crewneck sweaters in an XS, but it’s a little fitted for how I like to wear things (pre-pregnancy), so I go for size small instead. If you’re pregnant, you should be able to take your normal size or one size up depending on how you plan to wear it, but I find both sweaters in my normal size fit comfortably on top of my bump while tucked into a skirt.

Sweater and Jeans Outfit
Once I am back into regular jeans, I will definitely wear both of these sweaters tucked into blue denim or faux leather pants. See below for what I mean. First though, the look below is not bump friendly since these sweaters are not oversized and would not cover panel maternity jeans. If you wear maternity jeans with stretchy sides, it could work if you size way up. But I think you’d be better off getting a different, oversized sweater for that look, as the crewneck cashmere sweater and the v-neck cashmere sweater above are probably not long enough to cover your belly depending on what trimester you’re in! I don’t think they’re meant to have an oversized look.
Anyway, one of my favorite ways to wear the crewneck cashmere sweater that’s included in the sale is really simple – just tucked into jeans with a belt! I’m wearing chunky boots and a coat below. But I also pair these sweaters and jeans with ballet flats and a jacket, or loafers and a blazer. These sweaters are perfect for work (wear with a skirt or work pants) or the weekend, and they work for every season except summer. I’ve really gotten so much use out of mine!
Here are my other favorites from the cashmere sale. Don’t forget to use code CASHMERE. If you’re looking for one cashmere sweater to add to your closet, I would go with something that you can wear with the most in your closet, whether that’s jeans, work pants, skirts, or with your favorite work blouse! For me, that would be a neutral like beige, grey, navy, or black.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
