Hi there, fashion lover! I’m finishing up this blog post after watching Hocus Pocus 2! Have you seen it? I thought it was really cute, and a little less spooky than the first one. I’m so glad they made a sequel. Don’t worry, I won’t share any spoilers if you’re waiting to watch it – I was originally planning to watch it on Halloween. I was so happy to see two actors from Veep! If you’re a fan of the show, Gary is a favorite character of mine.

J.Crew Sale Favorites and Bump Friendly Sale Items
Skirt
Okay, now for sale picks. The skirt in my outfit is included in the sale, and it’s also part of my bump friendly edit. The waistband is fully elastic (and oh so comfortable!), so just size according to what works for your bump.
Chambray Top
I also own a few other pieces included in the sale, and they’re all things you can get a lot of out of so I wanted to show you how I’ve styled them before. First, my chambray top is part of the sale, as well as another denim top that I love. The one I’m wearing below is a classic fit and the other one is an oversize fit, which would be good for pregnancy too. I’ve linked them both below.
I sized up two sizes in the classic fit chambray top for pregnancy. I also wear this open with a tank top under it in warmer weather, or layer it under a sweater coat or blazer in the fall and winter. This is a great top that you can wear in so many different ways.
Quilted Puffer Coat
My quilted puffer coat is 50% off, and it comes in several other colors, including neutrals and fun options like pink. I basically lived in this coat last fall! It’s the perfect fall coat because you can wear it open on days where it isn’t freezing (like I am below), but you can layer under it and zip it up when it’s cold. There is also a quilted puffer vest version of this coat, which I included below because it’s in the sale too!
Tissue Turtleneck
This tissue turtleneck is one of my favorite layers in the fall and winter, and even into the spring depending on the weather! It’s lightweight enough to wear under a blazer or sweater – I hate when layering pieces have chunky sleeves. It comes in sooo many color options and patterns too, so there is something for any closet.
Teddy Coat and Sweatshirt
Last but not least, my teddy coat and sweatshirt. The teddy coat is incredibly warm – as you can see in the photo, I was wearing it in the middle of winter during a snow storm. The buttons look a little different on the version J.Crew created this year, but it comes in the same colors.
I also wear this sweatshirt all the time (like, all year). It’s a great neutral color – cream, but not white, and I love to wear it tucked into a pair of jeans. It comes in a few other color options as well.

I’ve been really selective about any clothes I’ve bought while pregnant. I always talk about versatility, and I’ve tried to only purchase necessities or things I can definitely wear postpartum.
